Our average response time for critical issues is under 4 hours. The Professional tier includes 24/7 support access, and the Enterprise tier includes a custom SLA with agreed response and fix times tailored to your business requirements.
Can you manage systems that UKBTS didn't install?
Yes. We can onboard and manage existing telecoms infrastructure regardless of who installed it, following an initial audit of your systems. We support 3CX, Yeastar and most major VoIP and broadband platforms.
How is the monthly fee structured?
We offer three fixed-price tiers starting from £150/month for the Essential package. There are no hidden call-out fees for remote support within your package. On-site visits are included in the Enterprise tier and available as an add-on for Essential and Professional customers.
